fantastic stay!
fresh options friendly staff hotel cleanliness
i had such a great time here! the breakfast was amazing, with plenty of fresh options every morning. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed. i also appreciated the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. the cleaning staff did an amazing job!!!
the location is a bit far from the main attractions, so a car is really necessary.

the hotel is a short drive from both san pedro de alcântara and puerto banus. it is easily accessible and provides a quiet retreat away from the busy city center. the surrounding area offers scenic views and a relaxed atmosphere.

clean hotel golf course view branded spirits
the hotel was very clean. i liked the beautiful view of the golf course and mountains from my room. the breakfast was delicious!!! the staff was lovely and helpful. i enjoyed the branded spirits served at the bars. i also appreciated the nice pool.
The walls were a bit thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

sun loungers fresh juices parking garage unclean room noise problem lukewarm food
the pool area had many sun loungers i never struggled to find one available the breakfast was good i especially enjoyed the fresh juices and selection of fruit. the hotel's parking garage easily accommodated my rental car i felt secure leaving it there each night the staff were helpful and friendly.
the room i had wasn't very clean i noticed hairs in the bath and some dust in the corners the noise was a problem i was often woken up by doors slamming and people shouting the buffet food was disappointing it was often lukewarm and didn't seem fresh.

I found the breakfast buffet offered a very good selection. The hotel had friendly staff ready to assist. My room had a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains.
The location is a little far from the center of town. I found the balconies lacked privacy. I noticed trip hazards near the doors to the balcony.

a sweet escape
smooth check-in immaculate room vast food selection relaxing pool area
I arrived and found the check-in process very smooth. It was a good start to my stay. the housekeeping team kept my room immaculate. breakfast became a daily highlight with the vast selection of food available. the pool area was a relaxing spot, with enough space for everyone to unwind.
i noticed some noise traveled easily through the hallways.
